Medication management will be integrated with psychotherapy sessions as we believe that to truly understand your mental health needs, we need to get to know all aspects of you.
If you are looking for medication management only (without psychotherapy), we have a few 30 min slots. We will help you determine if this is a fit at our initial 15 min introduction phone call.
We are well-versed in the treatment of depression, anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, ADHD, PTSD and trauma-related disorders, bipolar/mood disorders, and substance use disorders.
-
We offer several group therapies including:
evidence-based Stanford Poetry Group Therapy for depression (led by the lead author of the research study)
support community groups
-
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and infusion services coming soon!
-
We offer both in-person visits and telehealth visit (via Zoom). We recommend checking with your insurance if they would cover virtual visits as some insurances will not pay for telehealth services.
We are a group of queer and gender-diverse psychiatrists who specialize in individual psychotherapy, with the option to integrate psychiatric medications as needed.
Our providers take a warm and collaborative approach, and believe that building trust and connection is essential to establishing a safe relationship wherein you can explore and deepen your understanding of yourself.

“I believe that mental wellness comes from understanding who you are as a person, how you became that person, and what you would like to change. We are going to develop insight together about your patterns of interaction and behaviors. My approach draws from multiple evidence-based therapy modalities and is individualized to each person’s needs. “

Together, we craft a therapeutic space optimized for safety where we can traverse with curiosity through the planes of your experience and explore where my expertise in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy can serve your goals.”
