Who We Are

Transformation Clinic is led by a wife-and-wife physician team.

We are a small, queer, family-run private practice based out of Seattle. We live in the community we serve.

Our leadership team consists of:

• Jane Thomas-Tran, MD (“Dr. Thomas” — she/her) – Pediatrician with expertise caring for young people from the newborn period through young adulthood, including LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse youth.

• Emily Thomas-Tran, MD (“Dr. Tran” — she/her) – Psychiatrist with extensive experience in therapy, psychiatric medication management, and neuromodulation treatments, including TMS.

Dr. Thomas and Dr. Tran both studied and trained at Harvard University, Stanford School of Medicine, and University of Washington Medicine. Their combined backgrounds allow them to offer integrated, whole-person care across developmental stages.
