Frequently Asked Questions
Is there an upper age limit for gender-affirming care patients?
There is no strict cut-off. Our gender-affirming care doctor will work with each patient to determine whether she can safely provide this care. For pediatric primary care, the age cut-off is 30.
Is there an upper age limit for psychiatry patients?
Nope! We see psychiatry patients from teenagers through older adults.
This is too expensive! How can I get help paying for care?
We offer need-based financial aid, and there are outside programs that can help too. See our Paying for Care page for details.
Do you take insurance?
Yes! See our Paying for Care page for the plans we accept and how billing works.
