Refer your patients to us.

Transformation Clinic offers gender-affirming medical care and LGBTQ+ mental health care for kids, teens, young adults, and their families. We're led by a wife-and-wife physician team: a board-certified pediatrician and a psychiatrist. We see patients in person in Seattle and by telehealth throughout Washington and California, and we're accepting new patients.

Refer early. We welcome referrals for a consultation, even if your patient isn't sure yet whether they want any medical treatment.

• Psychiatry medication management for teens and adults
• Support for new and expecting LGBTQ+ parents

Insurance

We're in-network with several insurers, including multiple Washington Medicaid payers, and we can bill most commercial insurance. See Paying for Care for details, including our financial aid program.
